A day to day acount of the whacky and wonderful world of Muggaz - i tend to be having too much fun these days, and often cannot remember moments due to debauchery - its time the internet repayed my loyalty by recording my antics.

Uncertainty is basically a derivative of fear, we fear what we don’t know, and we fear the wrong choices. We fear the difficulty of what we know to be the right choices. How do we know they are the right choices? We have to trust our intuition? How can we be certain that our intuition is trust worthy, when we are conscious of the mistakes we have made in the past? Heart and mind are both strong in their own right, but how do we amalgamate these separate strengths to become the force of ...

As prisoner's of society, we witness greivances as misfrtunes on a daily basis... a broken home, an ignorant acquintance or an offensive blogger. Some people crumble under the pressure, become jaded and closed... un-able to understand perspective or consequences, no consideration for future events, and a hostile train of thought. Some choose to learn from afflictiions, greivances, and carry what they know to everyone else, the ancient Chinese referred to these people as the 'Sage' The Sage...

Do not look at the bottom yet, note the numbers before doing it. take this little test! It only takes 2 minutes. Five things are happening at the same time in your home which need your attention... 1- the phone is ringing 2- the baby is crying 3- somebody is knocking at your door 4- you hang out your washing outside and it has started to rain 5- you did not turn off the tap in the kitchen and the water is starting to overflow In what order will you solve these problems...

This article was inspired by a recent Maxim survey of the American woman – brought to my attention by the great pschxx in this article According to Maxim, 80% of the American women (Maxim readers at least) prefer the macho, jealous type of boyfriend… I am no psychology major, however, it has come to my attention that there are many women here on JU, and perhaps they can provide some insight… Some members of our glorious community have put it down to the female love of drama… This is ...

A day without sunshine is like, night. On the other hand, you have different fingers. I just got lost in thought. It was unfamiliar territory. 42.7 percent of all statistics are made up on the spot. 99 percent of lawyers give the rest a bad name. I feel like I'm diagonally parked in a parallel universe. Honk if you love peace and quiet. Remember, half the people you know are below average. He who laughs last thinks slowest. Depression is merely anger withou...

I don't know if you have heard the sad news or not but with all the sadness and trauma going on in the world at the moment, it is worth reflecting on the death of a very important person, which almost went unnoticed last week. Larry La Prise, the man who wrote the song "The Hokey Pokey" died peacefully at age 93. The most traumatic part for his family was getting him into the coffin. They put his left leg in...... and then the trouble started. BAM!!!

Remember the book "Men are from Mars, Women are from Venus"? Well, here's a prime example offered by an English professor at an American University. "Today we will experiment with a new form of composition called the tandem story. The process is simple. Each person will pair off with the person sitting to his or her immediate right. One of you will then write the first paragraph of a short story. The partner will read the first paragraph and then add another paragraph to the stor...

Unbelievable amounts of pressure are being placed on athletes to perform at the Athens 2004 Olympics. When it comes to World Championship sporting events, the pressure has always been on to perform. We all know who Ben Johnson is – the infamous Canadian athlete who was banned for using prohibited performance enhancing drugs… he wasn’t the first, and he certainly won’t be the last – the Chinese female swim team that has bigger shoulders than half the men I their gymnastics team… We currentl...

I have had an entertaining last few days indeed. I was feeling quite blue over the early stages of the weekend, which was crap, but I can’t go around being happy all the time, we all know it’s just not possible! So it’s good to have little downers every now and then… I was lifted out of mine quite well… We had a public holiday to celebrate the Queens birthday on Monday, and the day of was welcomed – I went to the footy with some mates and my brother, and My team won, so that automatically lif...

Wouldn't it be marvellous if we could really depend on the kindness of strangers? If I can pass on any sage like advice at any point in my life, It would be that you need to rely on yourself before you can count on anyone else... but people definitely do help to bear some of your load... at JU, there is an amazing amount of kindness coming from the most unexpected sources... complete strangers. Everyone seems to be comfortable with letting their personalities shine through writing... If on...

I get to work in the morning, clear out my inbox, deal with any pressing matters... then go to Joe User... What has happened over night whilst I slept? This is what I am thinking as the page loads... I see that their is another article in the political forums that inflames me... I will write an article in response, I know someone will read what I have to say... The phone rings - A client's server is down... The morning rush of problems caused by faulty backups or possible virus infec...

North Richmond is a scary place for the naïve. Every single day I get on the train at North Richmond station, there is at least one drug addict/user/abuser making a fool of themselves in their wasted state – have they no dignity or self respect? What makes it worse is the fact that it’s in broad daylight – with school kids everywhere. This inspired me to write an article on the matter, and I was very happy when I saw Ockhamsrazor’s article on Ism’s. Ock strikes on a very important point,...
