A day to day acount of the whacky and wonderful world of Muggaz - i tend to be having too much fun these days, and often cannot remember moments due to debauchery - its time the internet repayed my loyalty by recording my antics.
The second resurection
Published on March 24, 2005 By Muggaz In Blog Communities
Those of you that have lurked these blessed forums for some time may remember the esteemed Sir Peter Maxwell, the man some call Jesus Christ II and bigger than an Asian Tsunami, and as a phenomenon, spreading faster than aids in Africa. Sir Peter Maxwell is a billionaire tycoon from Gloucestershire, England, and for those that don’t know about him, you can read more here.

As a mere peasant, I was bequeathed with the tremendous honour of interacting with an English knight of the realm when he chose to grace Joe User with his presence. Some may say Sir Peter is a vivaciously arrogant man, and to those people I would say they are correct. When you have lived a privileged life of an English nobleman, rising to the rank of General in the most elite military unit in the world, the British SAS and mounting various dames of the isle such as Princess Diana, you develop a sense of superiority.

Sir Peter isn’t so different from us though, his massive fortune and the amount of respect he commands aside, he is still only human and bleeds the same colour as the lowliest pleb within his vast Maxwell Industries empire; and as a human; he is still susceptible to our weaknesses. A few months back, Sir Peter utilised his superior wit and intellect to make drastic comparisons to the administrative team at JU to the Nazi regime – this comparison had nothing to do with anti-Semitism, it was merely a comparison of leadership positions. This was not the first time that Sir Peter had crossed the thin lines that the admin team had drawn for him, yet these lines seemed to be different for him than for other users on the site. After a cavalcade of events, it leads to his banishment. It was a classic case of tall poppy syndrome, when one is as excellent and benevolent as the great Sir Peter Maxwell; it is human nature to cut him down.

In what I consider the darkest day of Joe User, the wit and charisma of Sir Peter Maxwell was banished like an archangel from heaven, leaving the community in an incongruous state. Sir Peter has a great skill of pointing out what was wrong with peasants, only when we realised that these characteristics about ourselves were drastically out of tune, could we develop and grow as people, and God willing, become more like Sir Peter Maxwell himself. The Joe User community was truly sanctified that he chose us to mingle with, and perhaps, none of us realised what we had until it was gone. As an appointed Colonel and believer in Maxwellianism, I would like to do all within my power to right this travesty and blight upon this websites history.

I do not expect Sir Peter to be allowed access to his blog again, yet as a principled young man; I feel it is my duty and honour to state his case for renewed admission. Sir Peter is a wealthy tycoon, and he can do without the likes of filthy peasants like us. Of course, he has his own award winning website at www.sirpetermaxwell.com which enjoys vast amounts of traffic and provides profound and witty news with insight, however, as a member of the blogging community, I feel we would all be winners if the administrative team looked inside their hearts, which I know they have, and took it upon themselves to consider Sir Peter’s acceptance within the greater JU community.

It is clear through various comments Sir Peter has left within the site whilst he has been banned that he still cares about the wider diffident peasant community at Joe User, and I believe his re-admittance to the community will only help us all. You do not earn the prefix ‘Sir’ without being noble and Sir Peter deserves to be treated as such. Sir Peter has taught me much, and it’s only fair that the peasant men and woman of JU who aren’t familiar with him, have the very same chance I did. I could not think of a better way to celebrate Easter, than the second coming of the divine that is Sir Peter Maxwell.

Yours truly in nepotistic Maxwellianism.

Colonel Muggaz

whatever happened to the SPM forums during my long absence as a loyal maxwellian?
on Mar 28, 2005
Yes LW, I agree as well, Brad wouldn't dare such a charismatic figure as SPM back without him first submitting to the powers that be, and as Sir Peter has so eloquently stated, it will be a cold day in hell before such an event occurs...

Tally Ho

Sorry, but this site is not a democracy but a dictatorship. There is no need to have the fairness you say should be allowed. This is Brad's site and what he says goes! Period! So do not expect it to happen.

Flip. Flop. Yeah it is, but then, popular posts where everyone fawns over a banned blogger seem to do the trick for changing the dictator's mind. But who cares. As SPM says, he's better off for being banned because his new site looks better and is more popular.

"There's a simple beauty in unrestrained rage, and no one expresses it quite like him."

Except maybe you lw.

"he has no love for limp-wristed, queer-loving, tree-hugging, capitalist hating communists like yourself, so I find it more than ironic to see you here supporting his return."

What I find surprising is your inability to get irony when it's uttered by someone you disagree with. I would be willing to bet it's mainly us pinkos who love Sir Pete. And I mean LOVE him. Damn I'm jealous of that Princess Diana. Lucky bitch.

Yes, much to his chagrin no doubt, SPM has quite a loyal following of pot smoking hippies!

Perhaps that's what the admin team at JU is worried about... we dont want an influx of pot smoking pinko hippies actually enjoying themselves... it's not becoming of them.... they should just stick to whinging about taxes they don't pay...

"What I find surprising is your inability to get irony..."

Hear, hear! I think that these peasants should be given dictionaries so they can look up such words as 'irony', 'wit' and 'sarcasm'.

" Yes, much to his chagrin no doubt, SPM has quite a loyal following of pot smoking hippies!"

I consider it my duty to educate these deranged left-wingers and have them all voting for Tony Blair in May. But for those non-British serfs I would be happy just to have them submit to Maxwellian doctrine.

although sir petah and I have crossed swords more than once I think he should be restored to his blog site as an example of inbreeding gone bad,
on Mar 29, 2005
"Oh, I get the irony"

That is completely false. I quite clearly remember you being the leader of the 'Sir Peter Maxwell Is Evil' clique when it was at its most ludicrous. You, and others like you such as Moanopeace can NEVER understand Maxwellian philosophy.

It is quite easy to backtrack when you have hindsight.

Not that we would actually want to, that is.

I will never apologize for a deliberate action. There is no point in me blogging here again when my own website has more readers than any blog on Joeuser.

Sirpetermaxwell.com is acknowledged as the finest site in it’s genre and has been featured on many high traffic websites over the last few months such as ‘Cruel Site Of The Day’ and ‘Fark’ which has brought over 2million visitors this year alone. Stepping back to write articles for an audience of 20-30 regular bloggers at Joeuser would make no sense. JU is a small website despite claims that is has millions of members and I think the more intelligent members will realise that the quality of writing here is generally poor if you exclude the remaining Maxwellians.

I do like to check in and see how some of the old chaps are doing but the idea that I would lower myself to save a website where half-wit peasants such as Moanopeace are leading writers is quite frankly ridiculous.

Brad Wardell certainly did not ban me because I called him a ‘New Money Peasant’, he banned me because I dominated this website which had only been set up so he could for once in his life be the top dog. I can imagine his dismay when suddenly his competition was not just housewives swapping recipes and making ‘Top 10 lists’ but a genius with the charisma of Jesus and the leadership qualities of Hitler.

This is the kind of idiotic trash that will ensure that you never come back fool.

Not that you are even capable of, that is.

What from the text you selected suggested that I have a desire to come back? The idiocy of JoeUser peasants never ceases to amaze me!

If as you say, you have NO desire to come back.....Then what in god's name are you doing here?
on Mar 30, 2005

It's not going to happen.

First off, as most recognize, Sir Peter Maxwell doesn't exist. He's an alias for someone else.

His brand of satire can be amusing but it's not so funny when he spills over into other people's blogs.  So we set it so that he was confined to his own blog at which point he became abusive of the administrators here so he was eventually banned.

Why on earth would you want that pompous turd back in JU? From what I've read of him he has nothing but bigotry and mindless gainsaying to add to any discussion. If he is an example of the baffoons that get Knighted, then I can see why the concept of British Nobility and Royalty is dying on the vine.

The flatulence of a maggot infested jackass is more insightful than anything that blowhard has to say.

Not only should he stay banned, he is the poster child of why the whole "anonymous user" function should be questioned.

Other than that, I have no real opinion on the matter. ;~D

If Sir Peter will excuse me for attempting to speak for His Eloquentness, I think Sir Peter doesn't want to come back to write his own blog, but occasionally enjoys bestowing a few of his precious moments to comment on our drivel. That's why he's here. Don't expect you to get it drmiler.

Why on earth would you want that pompous turd back in JU?

I want everything to stay as it is because many a true word is said in jest. Nothing excites me more than to see SPM's name in a forum. Other than a photo of the great man of course.

I am not telling Draginol how to do his job, it's his choice, but surely, as lw keeps suggesting, those of us offended by him could simply have blacklisted him?

I think he is nearly there. Just a little more thought and he may have it! - Thank you for another testimonial anyway.
