I Hate being Blacklisted...

I really don’t like being blacklisted…

Oh well, I don’t come here to write on other people’s blog’s I come here to create my own, and as long as I have the chance to do that, I am quite content.

It’s funny – the blacklister on this occasion remarks “I don’t know why you have turned on me… yada yada yada” and then he does not allow me a chance to let him know that I haven’t turned on him, I just find this particular instance or sequence of events leading to my blacklisting very immature…

I know this is stupid, considering the offender of this immaturity is probably 3 times my age, but hey, I call it as I see it, and sometimes the truth can hurt…

I haven’t witnessed a concerted effort to ostracise since I was in high school… it was more frequent when I was 8 years old though, I merely pointed that out, and I have paid the price…

As far as I know, this is only the second time I have been blacklisted, and the first person has un-blacklisted me since… hopefully the perpetrator will realise I have nothing against him personally, and maybe un-blacklist me so I can share the Muggaz love…

If not, it’s his problem, not mine. It doesn’t feel good to have someone be so incensed by your comments that they disallow that privilege, but then again, It probably doesn’t feel good to be told you are acting like an 8 year old by some young dude… by the same token, I bet it feels rotten to have a concerted effort against you to make sure you don’t reach the top 10 blogs as well…

I am sorry if I offended you blacklister, but I know you know exactly where I am coming from, and it is consistent with whom I have always been… If I have turned on you, it is you who says it.

Blog on indeed my friends.

Bein blacklisted means that a person does not want you to comment on your blogs. So they can make it so that you can not reply with a comment. It's as simple as that!

LW - Greywars article wasn't agains't Islamic regimes, It was an insult to Islam itself, and by that logic, I can see why some muslims hate the west so much. If I entitled an article "Americans are filthy ignorant rapist murdering pigs" could you not see why an American would want to kill me?

Of course, those are not my beleifs, so I would never entitle an article thus - I should hope Greywar does not have those thoughts regarding Islam as he entitled his article.

Everytime I say or do something, I seem to hit a nerve with you - whether you believe it or not, that is not my intention.

You are big enough to defend yourself LW, the Sir Peter situation is an entirely different one to the Tracy Givens... Sir Peter is still here, you are still here...

No matter what I say, I cant help it that it gets a huff and puff reaction from you... I can take all the personal insults you can throw at me, but please, just get your facts straight... If people write anything in the forums, they are putting it up for judgement, I will not be bullied by you, and I will not sit idly by as you and others make a concerted effort to tell others not to visit a blog - let them decide for themselves.

I will leave it at that, alas, if I disgust you so much, I recommend you dont come back... as I have before... I am not going to blacklist you, I think you are intelligent enough to blacklist yourself.

Actually, no. I could see where they might think you were a flaming idiot with nothing left to say worth listening to, but not want to kill you. I would think the person who would get that incensed by a blog title would have serious mental problems. But then that is what I think of the Muslims to whom Greywar refers.

Sir Peter situation is an entirely different one to the Tracy Givens... Sir Peter is still here, you are still here...

And so is Gideon, and so is Tracy.

I will not sit idly by as you and others make a concerted effort to tell others not to visit a blog - let them decide for themselves.

Are Gideon and Little Whip so powerful that after their pronouncements people can no longer "decide for themselves?"

Muggaz, I don't think any of the more stable of us American's would ever have such violent thoughts as to kill you for writing something. Believe it or not, most of us are actually pretty level-headed and have just a bit more self-control than to fly into some blind rage over simple words in a blog title.

But maybe I'm weird. Maybe I learned to shrug off such things after getting called a kidnapper, a son of the devil, and all other sorts of terrible names to my face on a near daily basis when I was living in Guatemala. But I don't think so. And I doubt me writing the same thing with "Australians" in the title would send you into some murderous rage either. I'm pretty sure we are all above that.

I have to go along with the others and say no, no normal American would want to kill you for that.
By your own logic, as you are the leading proponent of Muggazism, you should now be intending to kill Little Whip, Greywar, and several other people who have clearly stated many derogatory things about you, as that would be a reasonable reaction to their "hateful words."

When did providing critiques of material become a crime? I didn't see you protesting SPC Nobody Special's slamming of "The Village", wherein he told people not to go see that movie. Go read the blog yourself and then tell me honestly if it's a blog you would visit and read regularly, of your own free will.

Just like the level headed Muslims who wouldn't want to kill anyone for the written word... they do exist, so why insult their religion? You aren't exactly inviting dialogue with a blog title like that.

We are all above that Bluedev - we are above entitling articles like that - when you write article defaming the religion, thats where the hate comes from... not from me.

How do you know what my logic is? Just because I know there are radical Muslims who would kill Greywar for what he wrote, doesn't mean I agree with the fact... Muggazism does not have any radical exponients, I have identified the logic behind radical Islam, it does not mean it is my logic.

So when can I expect to see you picketing Roger Ebert, the well-known movie critic?
Point being, it's not slander when it's based on informed opinion and expressed as such. (As Gideon's article was.)
If you're trying (as it appears) to say that it should be impossible for people to say bad things because they might hurt other peoples' feelings, you're going to have a long, tough road ahead of you.

But you DID agree with the fact. You said:

Unfortunately, there are those within Islam, who do see fit to kill someone over words, and by saying those words, you are only inviting hatred.

But I'm not going to censor myself because there are crack pots in the world. Frankly, anyone that off kilter could be set off by anything I say or do -- I'm not going to live my life based on that. If sane people go walking around on egg shells fearing what the nut cases might do (which is what they are going to do regardless) -- soon only nut cases will remain.
