A day to day acount of the whacky and wonderful world of Muggaz - i tend to be having too much fun these days, and often cannot remember moments due to debauchery - its time the internet repayed my loyalty by recording my antics.

I have to go meet my uncle at my mums house shortly... Mum and Tony are holidaying up North where the wheather is nice and warm i am sure. Not too sure exactly where they went - Port MAcquarie i thinkg, either way - its closer to the equator than i am, so they would be enjoying the sun, thats for sure.

My uncle and auntie are in town because she runs thouse linen parties and cosmetics parties that ladies do to fill there time when they get to that age. I will never understand the appeal. They are staying at Mums house whilst she is away.

Work has just been insane the last few days... its makes the days go tremendously fast. Its actually been a pretty cool last few days otherwise.

On Thursday night, i was sick of just watching TV on the couch when i got home from work. It was a splendid afternoon. I got out from work right at 4.30, experienced some of the suns warm rays, and i thought to myself that i need to get out and about... I got up to the train station and i got on the phone to Dave, we were going to go for a nature smoke.

Ideally, we would have left as soon as we all met up at my house... Eoin popped over though, it was cool, because i love Eoin, it just delayed our nature smoke though. We just listened to some music and caught up on events.

Simon had come over as well... however, he had no other obligations, so as soon as Eoin left, we were out of there. I had to stop by Mums to feed my cat... and then we drove to the mountains.

Melbourne is simply a fantastic city. About a 35 minute drive from where i live is Mt. Dandenong... its nothing too special, but on a night like thursday night it is spectacular. The sun setting over the city and surroundings of Melbourne is nothing short of Magnificent. Sure, thats a biased view, because i love Melbourne like i could love no where else in the world, but i am sure it would captivate anyone.

I felt so good driving up the mountain, its a fun drive - and Simons Torana loves it!!! hehe. As soon as we got to our little look out up the top, and were were amongst the trees, in the slight breeze and evening sun, i felt totally relaxed. It great to just get out of the city. We were noticing that being in a city is nothing special, but as the sun set, and you see all the shining lights from afar - you realise that cities and nature are worlds apart. Melbourne is a perfect hybrid of those two worlds.

After our little Nature smoke, we had to meet up with one of my friends to get some tickets to two tribes in March. Its awesome to have connections in the industry, i picked up 7 V.I.P tickets for $70 each. Those foolish plebs will be paying about $90 for regular tickets!

I ended up playing some Super Mario Kart on Super Nintendo, I came like 3rd on the first track, because i couldn't handle the retro, but i soon found my old form and won the remaining races. Once a gamer, always a gamer. There was a double chamber being passed around at Kevins, so when it was time to go, i was rather wasted.

I crashed on our couch... It was ok though... i felt nice and relaxed the following morning.

Busy Friday at work... but none of that mattered, it was always a means to an end - Friday night is pub night. Friday was Kerrys last day at work, so everyone came to the pub rahter than the standard few. She knocked back a couple of cowboys, shots of vodka, baileys and Kahlua i think... i wasn't satisfied though, i thought she needed to drink some more.

Will and i proceeded up to the bar... we got a couple more for kerry, and then a couple of Tequila shots for ourselves. Kerry also had a shot of shatruse (sp?) but she traded me for one of my cowboys... man, i got real happy, real quick.

Thats why i have stayed with my company for this long... everyone knows how to work, but they sure know how to play as well. I dont know how many of you guys would be in a position to knock back shots after work with your directors, but it makes for an excellent working environment as well.

Stories were told... drinks were had, but the crowd dispersed slowly, so it was time to go. I managed to score a ride with Dave and Kerry - they live about 5 minutes away from me. It was a funny journey, because i was happy as Larry and Kerry was rather intoxicated. Luckily DAve is straight as an arrow... he barely ever drinks, a really nice guy though, genuine.

It looked as though an evening one the couch was on the cards... i was too wasted to go out, so Simon came over and we watched the footy for a bit. Mikey called us though, and we went to Matts to have a few glasses of wine and crank the turn tables... i passed out at about 11.30 though, a rather soft effort if i do say so myself.

Today has been rather eventful... Eoin has suggested i join him this evening at Kryal castle - its a Medieval castle located about 2 hours away from Melbourne.. some tourist gimmick... but occasionally they have wicked dance parties, and i have been motivated to attend.

I haven't really been going out to dance parties much lately, and i haven't reallt been checking out www.inthemix.com.au much lately either... so i didn't know anything about the line up other than a couple of mates that are playing. I had a look and i couldn't beleive i had been so blaze... probably the best line up i have seen in a long time... turns out heaps of my friends are going up as well, so i guess i am up for a big one tonight.

I went grocery shopping this morning, because i was feeling rather malnourished of my staple fruit and vegetable diet. I have only been eating sausage rolls and snitzel sandwiches at work for lunch over the last couple of days... i think i was getting a bit over the tuna salad... but now i am craving it again... and instead of the ham and cheese croissants i have been enjoying in the mornings, i stocked up on muslie and canned fruit. You cant eat crap all the time, its not good for you.

Anyway, i guess its time for me to get away from this darn computer... Have a good weekend everyone, and remember to not leave the cheese out.

BAM!!!

Ahhh Muggaz, What I wouldn't give to be right there in Oz with you living the good life. Before I die I have just got to get down your way. By best friend in the whole wide world, Jenny lives in Penrith, (just outside Sydney.) We met online at www.playsite.com playing euchre. She had never been out of Australia in her life so she decided to fly into the states for a visit. We had a fantastic time. It was over the 4th of July here so there was quite a bit going on as far as activities go. The Pointer Sisters were putting on a free concert downtown and the fireworks were quite lovely as well. I sure did enjoy having her and her Aunty here. They were such sweet people.
Man you Aussies can sure shake a party too.

I had my fun thursday night, and am still feeling a little letdown after experiencing such good times. Have a blast. I'm a little envious
