Radiohead cancelled their gig tonight... there are about 50,000 dudes who are more dissapointed than me, but hey, that doesn't mean my feelings aren't important!

Daniel went and saw them last night, he told me this morning that it went of, allthough Tom Yorke was losing his voice... I thought there could be a possibility of the show being cancelled, but the hope that they were professionals, and he would get through it saw me through the day... My sister rang me virtually in tears... I dont imagine they will ever come back, and I dont think she is going to go to the UK any time soon to go and see them... hopefully they stick around for a few more years...

As a fan of Radiohead, there isn't really much i can do... yeah - sure, I am dissapointed, but not disenchanted... the poor guy has been on world tour for the last 9 months, and of course Australia is bloomin' last on the list, as a fan its my responsibility to wish Tom the best of luck... I hope he is feeling better and they have an enjoyable flight back to merry old England...

To was freaken insane at work... poor old Will had to go to hospital this weekend to have a cyst removed from his arm... so i have been by my lonesome sucking it all up... with this bad news delivered to me around lunch time, i almost had a panic attack, but then i got over it... Character building they say. I stayed back till about 6.00pm... staying back is not something i care to do too often... I am a firm beleiver in only working the hours i am paid for, but now Tim is my boss, I am only more than happy to help if it makes his life more easier... I know he appreciates it as well... I will most likely stay back for the remainder of the week as well, that will earn me som great brownie points!!!

Its ok though, I have a female friend popping over to visit me this evening, so it is more likely than not that i will go to work with a smile on my face tomorrow morning - I usually do anyway, my smile just might be a little wider, thats all!!! I am always told off (in a facetious manner) that i am too happy in the morning!!! I like the morning though, it's when you realise you have woken up, and that means you are alive! so you can do darn well whatever you please! and if that is walking around with a cheesy grin on my face - then so be it!

Tomorrow night i am going to go visit Will if he is out of hospital, and I am also going to visit my friend Justin who I told you all about at the beginning of April in This article. I spoke to his dad on Sunday, and man was he distraught... as he was recollecting what happened this grown man was almost in tears... they weren't so far away from organising his funeral... He is in rehap now, expected to make a full recovery - sure, you will never be the same after an event like that, maybe Justin will appreciate life a lot more now? I know he already did, but you are never too far away from death. I am really looking forward to seeing him... I want to bring him something cool but not gay... does anyone have any ideas? he is 18... I will probably just get him a card and a porno or something... It will be good to speak to him again, especially because it came so close to me only being able to speak to him on an ethereal level...

I have been really lucky you know? none of my good friends have ever died... no car accidents or mysterious illnesses, I know so many people have been adversely affected by the death of loved ones... I love all of my friends... and that includes you guys... death is nothing to be afraid of, I just dont want the world to lose anything any of you have to offer...
