A day to day acount of the whacky and wonderful world of Muggaz - i tend to be having too much fun these days, and often cannot remember moments due to debauchery - its time the internet repayed my loyalty by recording my antics.

I was born in Hamilton, regional Victoria at about 7.00pm on March 1st 1982. I was a pretty heavy kid, the third child and first son to Stephen and Kathryn Sugden.

My first birthday was my most eventful yet i think. I personally dont recall any of this of course, but my 1st birthday was the first time i ever saw rain, as i was born in an extreme time of drought. Apparently i cried my eyes out because the rain was so scary to me. I imagine seeing rain for the first time would be pretty scary to a one year old.

Its great how you are a little kid, and for the whole week preceding your birthday you cant really sleep because you are excited about the presents and the party with your friends. Because Tim and myselft celebrate close birthdays - we always had joint parties. I remember one year the fire department came because we had set one of our neighbours front porches on fire witha smoke bomb that went wrong.

Transformers and Lego were the birthday presents of choice. Now all i ask is that my friends celebrate with me... i still receive gifts though... last year i got an X-box and some games from my friends at work, A few DVDs and some clothes and Ties... and the standard 8 bottles of whiskey or port one is obligated to receive on your 21st birthday.

I assume i am one of very few in this world who looks forward to the next birthday. I have got to say, that whilst my 20's will probably be the funnest years of my life... i really want to get them over and done with, i am just ever so intrigued as to hom my life will turn out, and what i will contribute to this society.

I know my life isn't even close to peaking... but i am just impatient, and i just want to at least see that plataeu on the horizon... I dont plan on ever reaching the plataeu, because people can always better themselves, but some idea would be rather pleasant.

Mark, I just read one of your older comments on a teen suicide article. I'm so sorry, friend. I think I'm better able to understand where you're coming from now. I love you, happy birthday.

dan, you'd have to speak "australian" to say "muggaz" properly. but you could try saying "muggers" (as in handbag-thieves). with an accent, that will just about do it

and muggaz, pet !. cheers on reaching another one, lovely. many more. sorry about that whole mugger thing back there. happy birthday. mig XX.

Muggaz, happy birthday. I cringe to hear you say you want your twenties to be over with. I absolutely love the 30s but each year goes by so much faster. Just enjoy the ride as you go. Anticipation is half the fun my friend. They say youth is wasted on the young. Enjoy it while you can and that won't be the case.
